How I got into the Homestuck fandom: Through a lyricstuck video. I was trying to find a song on youtube and the first thing that popped up was a Dave Strider video. I watched it and it looked to be dystopian, a genre I really enjoyed. I started reading it, hooked from the start and would constantly look back at the video to see what I could understand. I eventually finished it and wow, I loved it. ((Fun-fact: I thought it was a book at first. I even checked the library.))
